I put a service request for installing a new cabinet hood range I bought with an existing one. Yevhen responded promptly and was very understanding on working out a schedule that worked for both of us. Upon meeting him, he worked efficiently and always respected my home and its surrounding area to ensure everything was kept clean and nothing would be damaged. I don’t think I could have chosen anyone better.
I found him to be extremely diligent and a very pleasant gentleman. He diagnosed and had my dishwasher up and running in no time. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Mr. Pankratenko was at all times punctual polite and professional.
He was always trying to solve the problem in the most cost efficient way.
I had a second appliance that had failed and he tried very hard to get that one going too. As it was too far gone to revive he didn't charge for the effort.
