My fridge felt hot and I texted Yevhen to come take a look. The fan was not working and then worked after a few tries, and he determined it is the main board that needs to be replaced. He ordered the part and charged me the exact price online with no markup. The same evening, he came back with the part and attempted to install it. Unfortunately, the manufacturer had changed the configuration of the board by a tiny bit and it did not work, so Yevhen changed the old board back. But it worked fine and had no issue, and Yevhen determined that it was perhaps all the dust (there were a lot) that made the board not work. And after resetting the board, it was working again. He said he would bring the new board back (and complain to manufacture). He didn’t charge me a cent on the part and only for labour! He’s very reasonable, and very very honest. I will definitely be calling him next time my appliance breaks! Thank you, Yevhen!
