I needed to service my Samsung fridge and repair the ice maker which hadn't been working for over a year. Yevhen was able to come within 24 hours - was very courteous - provided text updates on specific arrival time - and was excellent to deal with. He confirmed all the pricing in advance, had with him the specific parts and fixed everything as needed. I would definitely use Yevhen again.
