May 2019 ... I appreciated being able to talk directly with the person who provides the service. Yevhen was very responsive and attended to our broken appliance quickly. He was honest in his assessment of our chest freezer and attempted a repair by replacing one of the few parts that you can actually replace on a unit like ours (without spending a fortune). He offered that if the 'fix' didn't work, he would come back, remove the new part and only charge us for the service call. In the end, the 'fix' didn't work and the freezer went to the curb, but the cost of the service call was worth it - just to have a number to call the next time we have an appliance repair need.

I've received a good and fast service to fix the washer, change the part and for the cleaning of my dryer. It was very convenient and great job.

I contacted Yevhen through HomeStars about a leak coming from my washing machine. He called in 10 minutes, set up an appointment to come within two days, and gave me an estimate on possible costs.

I was worried that my 15-yr old unit which was part of a ‘stacked washer/dryer space-saver combo’ was giving up the ghost. Also, it was in a very tight space and would be difficult to get to.

Yevhen repaired my washing machine - an old hunker of an appliance. He was really quick to respond to my texts, came the same day, updated me on his ETA (seems like such a basic thing to do, but I appreciate it, having dealt with so many contractors who don't even bother to call you until they're already 2 hours late!) He took to the time to explain and show me what he was doing. Really nice guy too!

Trouble with my Dryer (No heat). Recently changed my Dryer and could not solve this issue of no heat after a full cycle of drying. I exhausted all options and was so frustrated. I have had multiple service people as well as myself attempt to get this going and to no avail. I finally found Yevhen on Homestars website. He kept me in the loop on when he would arrive and how long the job would take. He is a true pro and diagnosised the issue that plagued me for mths. Yevhen is my new to go to for appliance repair!

I was extremely pleased with my interactions with Yevhen and his service. He was polite, punctual and responsive.

Contacted Yevhen Pankratenko on Saturday May 11th, day before Mother's day regarding my 25 year old chest freezer that stopped working. After making contact with numerous repair companies I became discouraged at the lack of interest in servicing my old Kelvinator, I turned to HomeStars for help and that's where I found Yevhen.
