When our washing machine stopped working, I contacted Yevhen based on his excellent reviews in Home Stars. Yevhen showed up on time. Yevhen was efficient, kind, and awesome - he repaired our washing machine's motor that would otherwise have required a special order part replacement. Very pleased with his service and will definitely use him again for future repairs.

Our 13 year old dryer was making a lot of noise and started producing a slight burning smell. Yevhen got back to me immediately after I sent my service request and we set up a diagnostic appointment. He arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken roller. He had the part on his truck and was able to do the repair on the spot. We are so pleased to have our dryer again and even more pleased with the level of service Yevhen provided. It was a very positive experience.

In terms of repairmen, Yevhen is definitely an All Star. He responded very quickly to my request for service to my increasingly noisy washer. Unfortunately, after a thorough examination, his diagnosis was that while it probably could be repaired, it would cost nearly as much to repair as to replace. We really appreciated his total honesty, and his tips on how to disconnect it prior to replacement. He’s by far the best appliance repairman we’ve ever encountered.

Absolutely excellent service! Our washer broke and we reached out about it and asked his opinion on whether it was worth repairing of not. He was very honest and told us all of our options and ultimately we decided it was best to purchase a new unit, which was his recommendation. We didn't feel comfortable installing the units ourselves so we reached out again to ask Yevhen to install them and he was excellent! Great communication and he was able to install the unit almost immediately. We've recommended Yevhen multiple times and everyone has been happy with his service.

My dryer was making a squeaking noise and Yevhen was able to point out the problem right away. He’s very knowledgeable and explained clearly what the issue was. He even cleaned and vacuumed the inside of the dryer (5 years of dog accumulated fur!).

Called Yevhen to removed and replaced my stove hood. He came the next day on time and prepared. Ran into some snags because of the tiled backsplash but he gave me some options and we went ahead. He stuck to his quote and did a great job. Thank you Yevhen for the great service.

Yevhen was recommended to me by someone else when my oven stopped working. It is an old stove but I love it and do not want to replace it. I called him, he arrived within the hour, figured out the issue in about two minutes and fixed it on the spot. Service doesn't get better than that!
