Yevhen arranged a service visit that was convenient (no approximated 'window') and arrived when he said he would. He quoted a fair job price up front (and stuck to it), diagnosed and fixed the problem (freezer frosting up and leaking). He was also courteous and pleasant to deal with. Definitely recommend.

We had a new wall oven that had stopped working and we were moving house and had to leave a working unit for the new owners. Not knowing who to call I checked reviews for appliance repairers and as Yevhen was the top rated I texted him expecting that he would be in such demand he would take forever to respond. My cynicism was unfounded - I got an immediate response by text!

I turned out that the unit was not repairable as it had been damaged either by the original installer or or that installer did not notice that he was installing a damaged unit.

I had to replace the oven which was disappointing but Yevhen’s professional service and advice made a bad situation so much better.

We had broken build-in oven it would just turn off after 20/25mins and initially called another company to come fix it - after they charged an arm and a leg and still nothing was working I found Yevhen through Home Stars. He was able to diagnose the problem RIGHT AWAY! ordered the correct part and took less than half an hour to install everything (and tested it) and was VERY punctual and didn't give us half a day window like all the other companies do, but instead scheduled time that worked for us. He is very knowledgeable and experienced professional - I am so glad I finally found such a reliable person who has fare pricing and is an expert. Had a problem with my washing machine leaking water from the bottom. It's an older unit but worth fixing if the price was right because it's very heavy duty. I reached out to several repair people and Yevhen was the first to respond and setup a time. (A few others responded and basically wanted nothing to do with it because it was an older unit, making up Bs that parts aren't available, even though I could easily find them myself online). Yevhen was flexible and we were able to work out a time that worked for both of us for him to diagnose the issue. He took great care and attention in making sure he diagnosed the problem correctly (and this took quite awhile to ensure he had the right diagnoses and didn't just start trying things and then something else if that didn't work). Once he was sure of the problem he worked out a quote and we went ahead with the work two days later when he had the parts. He did an excellent job and everything is working fine again and no more leaking water! Thanks Yevhen for your great work!
