Had a problem with my washing machine leaking water from the bottom. It's an older unit but worth fixing if the price was right because it's very heavy duty. I reached out to several repair people and Yevhen was the first to respond and setup a time. (A few others responded and basically wanted nothing to do with it because it was an older unit, making up Bs that parts aren't available, even though I could easily find them myself online). Yevhen was flexible and we were able to work out a time that worked for both of us for him to diagnose the issue. He took great care and attention in making sure he diagnosed the problem correctly (and this took quite awhile to ensure he had the right diagnoses and didn't just start trying things and then something else if that didn't work). Once he was sure of the problem he worked out a quote and we went ahead with the work two days later when he had the parts. He did an excellent job and everything is working fine again and no more leaking water! Thanks Yevhen for your great work!
