We had broken build-in oven it would just turn off after 20/25mins and initially called another company to come fix it - after they charged an arm and a leg and still nothing was working I found Yevhen through Home Stars. He was able to diagnose the problem RIGHT AWAY! ordered the correct part and took less than half an hour to install everything (and tested it) and was VERY punctual and didn't give us half a day window like all the other companies do, but instead scheduled time that worked for us. He is very knowledgeable and experienced professional - I am so glad I finally found such a reliable person who has fare pricing and is an expert. I had a wonderful experience at this store. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and most importantly very professional in what they do. I have a very expensive calf skin rug and was worried to get it cleaned (requires special treatment) - they have done an amazing job, it was done on time as promised and they price that I paid was very reasonable and compared to other places even below average. I would recommend this store for sure! They also have great selection of rugs!
