We had a new wall oven that had stopped working and we were moving house and had to leave a working unit for the new owners. Not knowing who to call I checked reviews for appliance repairers and as Yevhen was the top rated I texted him expecting that he would be in such demand he would take forever to respond. My cynicism was unfounded - I got an immediate response by text! I turned out that the unit was not repairable as it had been damaged either by the original installer or or that installer did not notice that he was installing a damaged unit. I had to replace the oven which was disappointing but Yevhen’s professional service and advice made a bad situation so much better. I would recommend him without reservation!
