I have requested a garage heater quotes from three separate companies and only one company Furnace Solitions did show up to my house and the others gave me their quotes over the phone. When they showed up, they were very professional and they explained everything to me thoroughly with all the different options. Their price was very competitive and I have accepted their offer on the spot due to the reason that I felt very comfortable with the service and the professionalism that Frunace Solutions employees provided. The garage heater is one the best thing I did for my garage and very pleased with the product.

These days it is rare that you receive excellent customer service..I was very impressed with Ryan and the great service he provided! I recommend him to anyone and everyone!

My husband has been dealing with this company for years. Having them do any work required or he merely wanted done around the house. I was always like meh; it's their job and if my husband feels comfortable with them than it's all good. But that being said; my outlook towards this company changed drastically when we noticed a gas smell in the house. It's the weekend; 7pm and we notice the smell. My husband calls and the first thing they tell them to do is to ensure the valve is shut off and that someone is on their way. Shortly after, Ryan shows up and gets to work
After checking the connections and fittings, he doesn't find a problem. He then performs what he told us was called a soap test. Looking at My husband puzzled, he shrugs his shoulders and sure enough, Ryan says "there's your leak"
He points it out to my husband and my husband couldn't believe it.
He then heads out, grabs the part and next thing you know; it's fixed.
I can not thank Ryan and Furnace Solutions enough not only for the excellent work they've for us but more importantly, keeping my family safe.

Installed a replacement water heater. Where flexible timewise and it took about 2 hrs to install from arrival to departure.

Between the garage heater, return air vents in the basement, AC install, gas lines to my back yard and the list goes on; I can truly say that Furnace Solutions is all it's set out to be and more. A company where customer satisfaction comes before company profit without losing the excellent workmanship and product delivered is extremely hard to come by these days but the team at Furnace Solutions is just that. Kept it up guys.

Very knowledgeable, reviewed his work and when realized I have a major wiring descrpeency made sure I understood what was going on. Very easy to work with and great results in the end.

Originally called them about hot water tank not about my heating. Mat first came promptly at the scheduled time. He made me aware of what the problem was and fixed it. Ryan called to follow up and after I explained to him what problems we have been having with our furnace, he came over to see if he could see any problems with it and guess what he did and fixed it! I would highly highly recommend them. Thank you Mat and Ryan!
