Thanks to Eric (sales) and Nazim and Farhad (Installation) for a smooth replacement of my 20 year-old gas water heater and furnace. From quoting to installation the Air Makers team were friendly, patient, and happy to explain the options. They offered good value and a great warranty on repairs.

Nazim and Farhad worked diligently and professionally until the job was done and made sure everything was working and then left the furnace room cleaner than they found it. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new water heater or furnace.

I selected AirMakers thanks to their wonderful receptionist/sales person - she did a great job presenting me my options and helping select the right approach to meet my needs, and scheduled the technician.

The technician arrived on-time and was very helpful in assessing the issue. He could have easily taken advantage of my ignorance and caused me to buy/install a whole new humidifier, but he helpfully showed me that the humidifier was actually working, and gave me some tips to avoid any further costs or problems. Great experience and I'll definitely be using Air Makers again if we run into any HVAC issues.
