Very reasonable price. Replaced an existing Furnace with a new Trane model. All work was performed by very knowlegable installers who took their time and pride of workmanship in doing the job.

John and Marco installed my garage furnace in a very professional manner. They left a clean job site and after explaining the gas hook-up and operation of the system left leaving two very satisfied customers. I would not hesitate to have them back nor would I NOT recommend them to others seeking similar HVAC work. We were also visited by Nick and Danielle who were doing an inventory stock-taking on John's vehicle. They sat and visited and answered any question we had on the Furnace Solutions company. Again... they both projected a professional experience.

Our furnace crapped out in the middle of the night, and I called Furnace Solutions around 6:30am and Ryan answered right away and luckily was in the area and at our house within 15 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem and after running to the other side of the city to pick up the necessary parts, he was back at our house and the furnace was back up and running only two hours after I first placed the call. Really happy with the friendly and professional service I received and would recommend Ryan and this company to anyone. A+++

Ryan was phenomenal!! Did not give up and found the problem! We had a service man in before I called Ryan. The other guy refused to come back when it still wasn't fixed. Ryan found out the other guy did not fix it and rectified the issue.

Found you guys on kijiji called got an answer within the first ring. Then the lovely Ryan showed up to save the day knew exactly what was wrong when I spoke with them over the phone. Great service super friendly and quick had the place warm again before he even left !

Everything was installed as per the agreement and there were no hidden or associated costs involved. Employees arrived when scheduled and completed the work before they left. They cleaned up and it was like they were never here, other than I have now in my possession a brand new high effiency furnace and hot water tank just as I asked for.

Ryan installed the A/C years ago, when he was with a different company. We had some issues with the actual unit (it failed) and we were not happy with the way that company dealt with it. But I WAS happy with Ryan. He was very professional, friendly, and explained things VERY well to me (the lady of the house! lol) A few years later, when we decided to replace our furnace and hot water tank, I tracked him down (he was now with Furnace Solutions). I'm so glad I kept his cell number! He gave us some options and very reasonable prices. I'm not kidding - we got a quote from another well-known company (doing our due diligence) and they were nearly double the price!! Of course, trying to tell us we needed things we didn’t or charging for little extras whereas Ryan said "No worries - I'll include that". The installation went very well. There was a small issue and it was dealt with immediately. In fact, while they were tending to that, we discovered one of our water pipes was leaking!! Ryan called and had someone bring what was needed and he was able to fix it right away at NO CHARGE. After the trouble we had with that company years ago, great service is VERY important to us and we got that with Furnace Solutions! We love our furnace and hot water tank and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Replaced the old outdated furnace with a new one and installed a air conditioner. Very clean and quick work. Will definitely recommend to others
