Johnny and Marco came to my place to install a new furnace and garage heater. By far the most professional service I have ever received. Ryan answered my call immediately on Christmas night around 9pm when we returned to a cold house due to the furnace not running properly. Within an hour he arrived at the house and was able to temporarily fix the problem until a required part can be replaced. Quick and friendly service with no hidden costs from the original quote on the phone.

My furnace stopped working on Christmas Eve. I searched for a company with good customer feedback and Furnace Solutions came up at the top. I called, and within one hour a service technician named Ryan arrived at my house. He was incredibly friendly, and invited us to watch him trouble shoot the furnace so that we could understand what was going wrong.

Ryan was exceptionally knowledgeable and quickly found the source of the problems. He discussed various price points that could fix the problems found. I really liked this approach because I felt that he was honest and not trying to squeeze me for every last cent. Once I picked the option that was most comfortable for me, he moved forward and did as he promised. My furnace was back up and running so that I could re-focus on enjoying Christmas.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs furnace work done. This was seriously one of my best customer service interactions that I can remember having.

Very Friendly staff, pleasure to meet Ryan,Scott and Marco.my furnace stop working I find them on kijiji call them scott show up and give true advice and i end up buying new furnace which they installed same day . This company is a really good catch for anyone looking for honest, good work and dependable service. Worried about difficult contractors, I stumbled on Furnace Solutions and was sold on their honesty, frankness and great attitude. Service was 2 weeks from date of quote, and they installed a 75,000 BTU Reznor, venting it out the garage wall. Gas and electrical lines were installed with thoughtfulness, and they took the extra time to make it look good, well bracketed, nicely installed like the quality work I would expect to do for myself. Wonderful pleasant disposition from all of them. These guys are a class act; they give great advice and do even better work. Good on you, guys.
