I was very comfortable in hiring the team from Furnace Solutions to replace my furnace, humidifier, air purifier and water heater. They also installed a new ac and thermostat.
The initial consultation process was presented well by Ryan and never once through the whole meeting did I feel that he was trying to upsale any products. I knew what I wanted, but I valued his honest opinion on which products I should choose. He was very knowledgeable and was very good in relaying what needed to be done. He was very courteous and was insistent that I contact him if I had any questions or concerns.
The work on the day of the install couldn't have gone any smoother. I was involved in the decision making process when alternative options in certain installs were available. Jon and Matt worked hard all day. They were punctual, knowledgeable and hard working. In the end the new products were installed well and I am very pleased with the outcome. SUPER POSITIVE EXPERIENCE, DO NOT LOOK ELSEWHERE.Good day!I very seldom take the time to write a review these days as the customer service level typically dictates a pass with my time, but not in this case. I work in the luxury automotive industry and the expectation level is very high. I've become a demanding customer myself although the level of service provided is usually not reciprocated. So here's the skinny, Ryan showed up on a Sunday, on time, and provided me the most thorough explanation of what needed to happen that I've received in a long time, actually, how about ever. I've a terrible issue with wanting new vehicles every six months and with all 5 in the past few years I did not receive the detailed, confidence building presentation with any of them. This includes the six figure purchase.I won't bore you with 4 more paragraphs although I could fill them detailing the amazing, clean job they completed (I'm a bit of an anal fellow). If you want great service, thorough explanations, GREAT value, and above all else the desire to provide an exceptional client experience please do not waste your time looking at any other company. Ryan and Furnace Solutions did a truly exceptional job and have built a customer for life.Last thing... I did the research, vetted the competition, and looked at numerous quotes. This industry is very competitive working on lower than average margins. You will not find more value than dealing with Ryan.
