The guys showed up in the morning and had all the work complete by supper time. Good guys that seemed to really care about the quality of work, efficiency of the job, customer satisfaction and being careful about not damaging the house as they were working.

Would especially like to thank John and Matt for taking the time to address my concerns. Was a long day for them, but they did a terrific job for us.

John and Matthew arrived at my place at about 2:30PM and didn't leave until shortly after 9PM. It was a long hard day, but they were both smiling throughout.
Both of them were very professional, considerate and courteous. I had a lot of questions and they happily answered them all.
They were both very meticulous with the work that they did and you could tell that they took a lot of pride in their workmanship. In fact, the only corners they cut were the sharp dangerous ones on the duct work that they installed!!
I'm very, very pleased with the install and I have confidence that there will be no issues at all. I highly recommend them and Furnace Solutions to any other customer. I was also very impressed with Scott, the sales guy who initially came around and provided the estimate.
I was also very impressed with the clean up job that they did afterwards. I've had very skilled trades people do work for me before that was excellent, but very few seem to bother to clean up after themselves. It's just the icing on the cake with the impression that they leave.

I received a lot of quotes and they had the best price for the best product. Excellent service from both the sales side and install. They were very helpful and informative. Also super clean and mindful of the house. They even discovered my gas meter was leaking. Didn't have anything to do with the a/c but they still tested it for me because they smelt gas when waking by the meter outside. Would absolutely recommend!! Will use them again when I need a garage heater.

Installed air conditioning and the nest thermostat their work was exceptional. The installers were very friendly and took the time to explain how to care for the air conditioning and also how to use the nest. Would highly recommend this company.

Scott came out to our house to give us information about their products and services and gave us a no nonsense quote on the spot. He was knowledgeable and direct and did not seem to be giving us a strong sales pitch. This was our third quote and it came in the lowest for a well known, reputable brand. We were scheduled for the following week. The installers Johnathan and Matty showed up as promised on time. They wasted no time getting to work. They were careful with everything that they did and left everything tidy and installed neatly. It was a very large job and perhaps should have been split up over 2 days. It turned out there was a glitch installing the new Nest thermostat which involved calling in the Electrician at 8 pm in the evening to run a new wire. It turned out that the furnace wasn't up and running until 9:30 in the evening but they were patient and determined to have things running before they left. Overnight we were concerned that our new high efficiency Trane furnace wasn't capable of heating the house; air was blowing from the ducts but it wasn't very warm. I called Scott the next day and he promised to come and look at the furnace. He easily determined that a rubber tube in the furnace was kinked and that indeed the furnace was not able to run at it's second stage. He solved the problem and we were satisfied. So far we love the new furnace, works well and very quiet. Garage heater works well. We have not tried the A/C yet but hope to soon. We are glad to have chosen Furnace Solutions and would highly recommend them.

Scott and Troy did our AC installation. They did a great job and very professional. We have had them do our furnace in the garage last year and AC this year. Will definitely use again!
