Had an Rheem RA13 3 Ton 14 seer air conditioner installed. Very professional and informative! Would highly recommend.

There are so many options when it comes to installing an air conditioner and as a result I read many different reviews before selecting Furnace Solutions for a quote. And they certainly lived up to the rave reviews they received.

Ryan was quick to respond, set-up an appointment that worked for me and address any questions. During the install, any potential issues were addressed by Brandon and Matthew efficiently and effectively which showed they cared about their work and the outcome for me. What I appreciated was their professionalism, responsiveness and how they didn't try to sell me additional non-essentials.

The 10 year parts and labour warranty tells me that they stand behind their work as the other companies that I also received quotes from did not offer the same warranty. In my research for air conditioners it was evident that the most critical to the performance and long term stability of the AC unit was not the brand or unit but rather how it was installed. I am glad I choose Furnace Solutions because of what Ryan, Brandon and Matthew have represented so far, I don't need to have any concerns with the long term performance of my air conditioner.

I had the best service for my AC installation that I have ever had in my life!! I had almost forgotten that this kind of service still existed. also had a leak from an unknown problem and they came to fix it even though it wasn't there fault. I will be referring to all friends and family.

All of the work was done quickly and looks awesome. They made sure I was happy with everything they were doing and made sure I understood how it worked.

The operations manager responded very quickly, and genuinely seemed to be interested in my business. The installation crew was professional, respectful, and took the time to explain what things were happening. They also took the time to explain a new thermostat I had bought and ensured all was working. They ensured they asked whether they were allowed to wear footwear in the house. I also got to see some of the support structure out of the office for the installers, and had to say the interaction was respectful. I feel as though my business was appreciated and they are more interested off gaining business through any referrals as opposed to unnecessary maintaince plans or milking other costs. Overall a very satisfied customer and one that would recommend.

Fantastic job done by the two technicians, very friendly and professional. The job was maybe more difficult than anticipated but done very well and they patiently and thoroughly went over all the details with me afterwards.
