Furnace Solutions was excellent from start to finish. The work consisted of installing a new AC unit and humidifier, including preparing and submitting the paperwork for the electrical permit on the AC unit. The sales rep, Ryan, priced out four different options for us and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each. He was honest in explaining that the more expensive options probably weren't worth the extra money for our situation. When the installation date came, the crew showed up right on time and called ahead with a 20 min warning. The installers, John and Tim, reviewed the invoice with me before starting and we realized that the AC unit on the invoice (and in the truck) was a more expensive model than what we had chosen. Ryan contacted me and offered to give us the more expensive unit for the same price, which we were all too happy to accept. Due to the location of our furnace room, the guys had to run lines across our basement through the finished (drywalled) ceiling, which made for a challenging installation. The few small access holes that they had to cut were neatly covered with discrete panels that are barely noticeable. Once the installation was finished, the guys cleaned up after themselves and clearly explained everything we needed to know about our new equipment. The quality of workmanship is excellent and Ryan, John, and Tim were all friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. All around this was a great experience and I highly recommend Furnace Solutions.

We decided to go with this company for our A/C Install. The manager who came to give us a quote was very professional and knowledgeable about all the products and didn't try to upsell the most expensive one. The installers came, and stayed to do the job while I was at work. They did a walk through with my step dad once the job was completed and everything was working fine.
By the time I got home (a few hours later), the A/C was no longer working and it was blowing hot air throughout my house. I made one call and within 45 mins, a different crew (Jon & Tim) came to fix the problem. They had me up and running in a very short time and they were great!! We even had a few laughs. Thanks so much guys! We will definitely be using this company again!

A/C was installed cleanly and in a timely fashion. All garbage was cleaned up and all questions answered including questions regarding other hvac equipment previously installed.
