Hans promptly came in and saved my family form possible heat stroke on Civic Holiday Long Weekend when our A/C completely failed. Hans was very professional, knowledgeable, accurate and friendly. As a first time homeowner, I was faced with replacing 30 year old furnace and AC and 10 year old rental water heater. After getting quotes from several companies in the area, it was clear that Canadian Heating and AC was the company to go with. Canadian's quote was several thousand dollars less than other major HVAC companies, they offer better quality made-in-Canada equipment, and are very clearly a customer centred company. They are in a league of their own when it comes to quality of equipment and installation, price, customer respect and zero pressure sales. Rene answered all my questions quickly and was completely honest about the most cost-effective options. He also was very understanding in dealing with the condo board to get approval for the direct venting of furnace and water heater. The installers (Brandon and Josh, I think...) were very clean, efficient and respectful in their work. During the follow-up appointment with Rene after installation, he went through a checklist to make sure everything was set up correctly and took care of registering my new equipment with Napoleon. The whole process with Canadian Heating and AC was entirely smooth painless. Almost too good to be true!

The installation done in a a good shape and quality, small problem was in fitting the duct air filter house in a better shape.

Analysis of the situation showed a plugged drain pipe which was cleared quickly. The good thing was that the technician told me how to prevent it in the future which would save me both the inconvenience of the down time and money.

We replaced a 26 year old furnace and a 15 year old AC. The sales representative was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He considered our needs in light of the house age and size, which he carefully measured. We seleleted a Napoleon 9700 furnace and AC. The installation went well. The removal of the old and heavy furnace was a challenge that also went well, thanks to the installers. No mess, no damage, and highly courteous. The AC is working great. Before too long the furnace will get its workout. We are more than pleased with our experience and highly recommend Canadian heating and air.

As in most cases, my HVAC challenges begun at the worst possible time. Hans and the team at Canadian worked with me with a very challenging schedule and went far above and beyond. I was very happy that we could find a great 'made in Canada' solution and paired with the Staff this became a very pleasurable experience. Rene visited us to discuss a new furnace and A/C unit and did a great job explaining the options and walking us through the process. Better yet, Rene showed up the day of the job so that the on site team knew exactly what work to do. The on site team were very professional and extremely courteous while in our home. They cleaned up any mess before they left, and after all was said and done, Rene came by to help us properly register the products to ensure the 5 year warranty would not be voided. Great job by everyone in the company, and pricing that was reasonable for a quality product and installation.

We needed to install a new AC and decided to reach ours to Canadian Heating and AC. They promptly replied and came out to provide a quote on the same day. Despite increasing temps outside and a full schedule, they were able to do the install within a week, with good advice and tips in selecting the AC type and model.
