Both HVAC technicians very polite and did a very clean looking installation. I’m very happy with the air filtration system they installed because the air quality has improved in the house.

I had a phenomenal experience Canadian Heating but René in particular was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the Napoleon furnace and furnace installs in general. He didn't rush or pressure me during the quotation consult and spent the time to go over all of the options and answer my questions/concerns.

In terms of the installation, the crew was very efficient and got the job done within a day. It was made more impressive because they quickly diagnosed a leaking gas line feeding the hot water heater (which the other techs missed) and fixed that at no additional cost. In addition, they noticed that the white exhaust pipe feeding my old furnace was not up to code and replaced the run at no extra charge.

Overall it was an superb experience at a competitive price and I highly recommend them for your furnace needs.

Sales process and installation was straightforward. Was well informed of the units being installed and their capabilities, very thorough explanation of appliances. Some difficulty regarding integration of my existing thermostat and it’s related warranty coverage that was ultimately sorted out, albeit not without difficulty.

Update: A charge appeared on my credit card for the thermostat that I was assured I would not be charged for, so I’ve updated the score appropriately for the dishonesty and frustration this experience has resulted in.

Furnace installed swiftly and was needed as my other furnace had broken down. Polite crew attended and left no mess.
