After meeting with several HVAC contractors and spending countless hours trying to find a company we were comfortable with, we met Hans and his crew at Canadian Heating and Air. Salesperson (Rene) was friendly and easy to work with. He seemed upfront with information and I got a fair price and good value. they were unable to replace the furnace the next day but they temporized the old one to a functioning state until replacement could be done. team was efficient, cleaned up well. good follow up and assistance with warranty papers after installation. Hans did the repair and checked the furnace the day after installation because of a trivial issue and was very helpful and friendly.

Got a new Napolean furnace last year and just completed the first maintenance service. Canadian Heating is courteous and friendly with knowledgable technicians who will make sure your home heating needs are covered.

We've used these folks a few times for service calls. Always have found them friendly and seem to only do what is needed.

I had 3 companies come in and quote and Renee was one of best in really walking through the options and the job and explaining the details to me. Price was very reasonable and competitive with the rest.
Install team was great and very helpful, even working later to try and resolve a theremostat issue that they are coming back to sort out for me.

Canadian Heating and Air installed a new furnace and AC system a couple of years back. Called Hans to come out and investigate an odor that I thought was coming from the furnace. He arrived within a few hours, checked out the furnace, then went above and beyond the call of duty to find and solve the problem ...even though it had nothing to do with the furnace. Great service and a very nice human.

Needed to replace furnace, Hans came by and gave me a quote and was able to have everything arranged within 1 week; job done on time and working well. A followup made in 3 weeks time.

Great company to work with. Rene was honest and helped us choose a new Napoleon furnace. Nice to buy from a Canadian company with a good warranty and a fair price. The installation was a little challenging but they worked through it. Would definitely recommend.
