The Alpha team did a great job shingling my garage roof and replacing the gutters and downspouts. They were friendly and professional and did the work in a timely manner.

Mr. Parm Gilder was explained about roofing work , material and show the sample of the shingles. he is very friendly and professional person and other workers under him are active and friendly. He always checking the work without failing right away.

We had some issues when we bought our house that we knew we would eventually have to take care of. We ended up picking Alpha Exteriors mainly because Parm (the owner) provided amazing communication as well as the price for the job was what we were expecting.

Parm was quick st providing quotes, and getting back to me with answers to the questions I had.

We ended up redoing our entire roof which included taking out or chimney and let me say that Jesse guys did an amazing job!

Haviere (hope I spelt that right) and his roofing team did an awesome job, as well as Ricky and Rui doing all the hard demolition on the chimney and as well as opening up our closed soffits, putting new soffits and fascia in as well as doing the eaves.

The whole job took about a week to complete with other contractors working on insulation in our attic which was a different company, and changes in weather as well.

All in all I couldn't be happier with the work and service these guys did for us!

All I could say is good things with Alpha Exteriors. I contacted Alpha Exteriors to fix a few broken soffit panel that got blew/bent in the roof when we had strong winds last month. Parm (owner) was very professional and explained to me what they will need to do and to prevent this from happening. I've talked to other company and they all were in the same price range.

Parm and Ricky came by the next day to work on the soffit panel. Met with them and were both very friendly. The job didn't take long as only a section of the soffit panel needs to be replaced. I was impressed with the job and clean up. They used screws to secure the soffit panel and even screwed in the panel to the J channel so that the panel will now stay in place. They found out that the old soffit panels were cut about 2.25 inches short so they weren't going in to the J channel properly. I will never go with All Pro Siding as they were the one contracted to install the panels when our house were being built. To not even care that the soffit panels were cut to proper length is just lazy and very unprofessional. Anyway, Parm and Ricky also checked the other panels and made sure they were cut to length properly and even screwed some of them into the J channel.

You could really tell that these gentleman took pride in their work. Instead of taking the payment and leaving, they took the time to explain what they did and even walked me through around the house checking for any other deficiencies. I appreciated this as I learned a lot from the both of them.

I would highly recommend Alpha Exteriors to anyone looking for a professional and knowledgeable company.

Professional and friendly roofers. Excellent materials and installation. Of the 3 quotes I got, they were the lowest. They went above and beyond my expectations (e.g., I was planning on going up on the roof to paint our weather-worn furnace chimney, but they did it as part of finishing the job without being asked). The roofs look great and their work and material inspire confidence.

Parm was very nice,efficent,quick and price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him to anybody. The quote was right on the mark. The work site was left very tidy when he left.

Parm Gill gave good advice on providing his reasonable estimate and his installer quickly and efficiently removed the old gutters and replaced them with wider ones that have screens, so will not get clogged with leaves, and are securely attached with screws rather than spikes. A very satisfactory experience.

Alpha Exteriors did a replacement on my eavestroughs last week and I'm very impressed with the work and service. I wasn't sure if I would be purchasing new eaves for my garage as well, but Parm said he would honor the quote if I did it at a later date. They were VERY quick in coming out for the estimate and provided a thorough written copy. Parm explained everything to me and gave my honest advice. This will be a future rental property and I'm glad I went with Alpha Exteriors as they used quality materials and nudged me in the right direction to purchase the gutter-guards as well. The work was a little delayed, but that was due to the multiple heavy rainfalls we had, which Alpha Exteriors has zero control over. Also, Parm never said he will come on an exact date, which I actually appreciate as I find contractors set unrealistic expectations by giving an exact date as contract work changes from site to site. You can't get mad at these guys if they are delayed because of unexpected issues at another site. Parm notified me when they were coming, which I appreciate. Some contractors refuse to give you a head's up! I'm very impressed with this company and their level and quality of service. Plus, Parm even got a debit machine so I could pay with my credit card for points lol. I absolutely recommend Parm and his company to anyone looking for exterior work!!

Came in on time made minor adjustment when asked they took down old Eavestrough and replace with new clean up after themselves
Phoned after the heavy rain we had to make sure everything was correct
