Exceptional service from Simon and his team. From the beginning Simon was very professional and provided a lot of useful information. He provided a quote on site and was always willing to answer any questions I had via phone call and text. We scheduled a day and on that day his team was on time and started working right away. The quality of workmanship was great and once they were complete they provided photos to see the finished result. I would highly recommend Simon for any further projects you may have.

It was a pleasure to work with Ys Roofing Inc. I had my roof, eavestrough, and downspouts replaced. Simon made recommendations to install a metal drip edge as well as the best installation of the eaves to ensure adequate drainage.

We worked with YS Roofing in an emergency when fraudsters climbed the roof and kicked in a board, and pulled out shingles. They quoted 21,000 to replace the roof, which is what made my red flag sensor go off. I reported them to the police and came on homestars where Ys Roofing reached out to me, and within 2 days we had the quote, discussed the appropriate materials, and they had replaced the entire ~3000sft of shingles. The roof looks amazing, I was surprised at how quickly the entire crew worked, and the foreman kept me and my neighbours (semi detached) updated with progress pictures. Would definitely work with them again though I hope I don't need a roof anytime soon!
