Alpha Exteriors did a replacement on my eavestroughs last week and I'm very impressed with the work and service. I wasn't sure if I would be purchasing new eaves for my garage as well, but Parm said he would honor the quote if I did it at a later date. They were VERY quick in coming out for the estimate and provided a thorough written copy. Parm explained everything to me and gave my honest advice. This will be a future rental property and I'm glad I went with Alpha Exteriors as they used quality materials and nudged me in the right direction to purchase the gutter-guards as well. The work was a little delayed, but that was due to the multiple heavy rainfalls we had, which Alpha Exteriors has zero control over. Also, Parm never said he will come on an exact date, which I actually appreciate as I find contractors set unrealistic expectations by giving an exact date as contract work changes from site to site. You can't get mad at these guys if they are delayed because of unexpected issues at another site. Parm notified me when they were coming, which I appreciate. Some contractors refuse to give you a head's up! I'm very impressed with this company and their level and quality of service. Plus, Parm even got a debit machine so I could pay with my credit card for points lol. I absolutely recommend Parm and his company to anyone looking for exterior work!!
