I would like to thank Adriano and Michael for their professional, prompt service and excellent care for my home. I initially vetted Luxury Window Coverings on Homestars and was very impressed with Adriano and Michael's glowing reviews. Immediately upon meeting Adriano for our initial consultation, he educated me on the best product for my home, and demonstrated why I should go with Mandalay shades...I was really impressed with his product knowledge and casual, non-pushy approach to conducting business with me.
He was extremely fair in his pricing of the product, and made me feel like a truly valued customer. What I really like about Adriano is that he does what he says, and says what he does. He delivered the product exactly when he projected it would arrive, and installation was a breeze for these pros. Michael, the installation master, was patient, and really added value to the process by suggesting how to best fit my shades into a narrow window frame. He completely went above and beyond the call of duty (these guys really know how to please their customers). Adriano was involved in every step of this process, and made sure I was happy with the end product before we finished up for the day. I am extremely impressed with this company; Adriano, I look forward to finishing the rest of my house with you and recommending you to whoever will listen. Thanks for everything!

Best Window Covering Company in the GTA by far. They did a fantastic job. Customer service was great, very friendly and punctual. Received beautiful looking shutters. After first phone call and pleasant text exchange, on December 2015 Adriano came to my house with sample shutters. We had discussed options for our entire house windows and trying to fit into my budget. He is very professional attitude and knowledgeable. After installed i had some issues and still not finish my work...I am not happy with the customer service and my work still not completed. I had too many issues with this company and I would not recommended!! .

Adriano from Luxury Windows was the only one who was willing to come to my house to show his products and provide his opinion on the type of window treatments that would suit the house.

I settled on Maxxmyad Sunset shades and within an hour, he had Michael his installed come and take measurements. within 3 weeks, the shades were installed and they are of outstanding quality. The installation was perfect.

There was a minor problem with one of the brackets coming a bit loose. They will be back in a few days to correct the issue

As for the installer Michale, he too is amazing. He is very dedicated, personable and very professional. He has an eye for detail and ensured my window coverings where perfect. He was at my condo for the entire day and never once took a break or asked for anything. I had to beg him to have an espresso.

Truly a remarkable and marvelous family own and run business!!!

All we can say about Luxury Windows is FABULOUS, a 10 Rating is not enough for this Company. Adriano the Owner and Len the Installer did a Gorgeous Job on our Shutters for our Bay Window. We have exterior Grids on our Bay Window and we did not want them to be covered. Adriano made sure the top 3 Slats were not incorporated in the design, Wow!! We can't wait to have our Dining Room window Shutters installed next.

What and incredible company!! We needed window coverings for our entire house....I contacted Luxury Window Coverings and Adriano very promptly returned my call. From our first meeting (which was the day we ordered! we had received other quotes) until the day of installation (only 4 weeks for our entire home) we had such a positive experience with the company. Adriano made us feel like we were his only clients...his knowledge of his products and what would be best suited for our home is exactly what we needed. He listened to our needs and wants and delivered the perfect products. We installed "silhouette blinds and California shutters." The installer, Michael was also wonderful...so careful and precise with his installations and ensured nothing was damaged. If I could give this company a higher then 10 star rating, I would!!! We made the perfect choice with this company.

We wanted window coverings for the entire upstairs floor of our 3bedroom bungalow. Using their website, I sent an email request for a quote. Adriano phoned me back promptly, and within a day, set up an appointment to come to the house. He brought many samples and patiently explained my options, and his professional, yet friendly manner helped me to choose what was best for our house. I felt very confident that Adriano would be true to his promise to deliver high quality service, and he was. The installer, Len, was equally professional and friendly, and had 30 years experience in the business. The end result is beautiful. We had one small request for Adriano at the end of the job, and he immediately sent Len back out to address our needs. I highly recommend this company.
