We are very pleased with the product and the service provided by Brock Windows and Doors, and would definitely return to them them for future projects. Our salesman, Adam, was very knowledgeable, and clearly described our options for retrofitting and/or replacing our 16 year old bedroom window, explaining the Rose and cons. We chose to replace the window. The installer, Riza, was a very experienced tradesman, and I could tell right away when he came to take measurements that he was a perfectionist who cared about the quality of his work. We had just installed new window shades, and he made sure that the new window would fit the shades. During the installation, he took great care with all stages of the project, and made sure I knew what he was doing and why he was doing it. Because of the concerns with fitting the window shades, Riza had to take more time to make adjustments during the installation than he would have done normally, and ended up working quite late into the evening. However, he never indicated any frustration with the extra work he had to do to get the job done right. He acted. in a highly professional manner at all times, and I enjoyed his sense of humour. When we finally lifted the window shades into place, they fitted perfectly into the window, a testament to the skilled workmanship. The windows work very well, and we are pleased with both the project manager, Bride's communication ahead of time, and the follow up service.

We wanted window coverings for the entire upstairs floor of our 3bedroom bungalow. Using their website, I sent an email request for a quote. Adriano phoned me back promptly, and within a day, set up an appointment to come to the house. He brought many samples and patiently explained my options, and his professional, yet friendly manner helped me to choose what was best for our house. I felt very confident that Adriano would be true to his promise to deliver high quality service, and he was. The installer, Len, was equally professional and friendly, and had 30 years experience in the business. The end result is beautiful. We had one small request for Adriano at the end of the job, and he immediately sent Len back out to address our needs. I highly recommend this company.

The painters were very professional and cleaned up well each day. We had most of the interior of our house painted. When the job was in the last stages, I requested a few touch ups and they were done. When the job was finished, we still had a few requests for touch ups, and Brian, the owner, immediately sent Rick to address our concerns. We were really pleased with the results. We highly recommend this company, because although there were a few things we wanted fixed or improved at the end of the job, the owner, Brian responded immediately and sent a supervisor, Rick, in the next day to complete the touch ups and make sure we were satisfied. the quality of the service made us feel very comfortable re commending this company.
