Advantage Airtech Climatecare

We have a contract with Advantage Airtech and I’m not sure how we first found them, but they’ve been fine. In December they came and cleaned our furnace. The man who did the job was really pleasant and I think he did a fine job. I would recommend them.

I searched online for a company to do this job. They came and gave an estimate, then came back to do the work. They arrived as scheduled and worked quickly. I cannot remember the exact cost but it was a fair price. They also fixed my air conditioner.

I asked around where I should go to have this work done. I remembered that they had installed a furnace for me years ago. They are exceptional. The office staff is friendly when we set up the maintenance. When the workers come they wear booties and clean up after themselves. They are quick to come when you call them.

I had them install my furnace 4-5 years ago. I got a good deal on the price, I think. The installation went well, and they come back to do routine maintenance each year. I am very happy with their work.

We had a furnace issue, Advantage Airtech was referred to me by a neighbor. They were prompt to come and address the issue. Turns out we needed a heat exchanger and some pipe work replaced. They were excellent to deal with. When having the work done it turned out that I was qualified for a discount,That discount was forgotten by me and by them. When I called them some months later, they apologized and sent a cheque within the week. Good service!

I had initially used this company to do a repair on my old AC unit. They came quickly and did the work. I was so impressed that when the time came I hired them to replace my old furnace, AC, HRV, humidifier, etc. I am always impressed with the work that they do. Their service was beyond my expectations and I highly recommend!

We asked friends for a good company to use for a new furnace. We had them install the furnace a number of years ago and we have been very happy with it, They do annual maintenance for us.The office staff is exceptional, as are the workers who come to my house. Always professional, effective, respectful and clean.

After my furnace stopped working I had direct energy come and look at it.. I was informed by the DE technician that my heat exchanger should be replaced..I was informed by this technician to look for a hvac company that serviced carrier furnaces as the repair would be cheaper..after speaking to Steve at Advantage and explaining exactly what I was going through he sent a technician that night ..Josh showed up and was very friendly and professional and after his diagnosis of my furnace it was red tagged and shut off until repairs could be completed, something the DE tech should have done but did not tell me this. Repairs by Josh have since been completed and during the repairs Josh answered all my questions..advantage airtech thanks again for realizing the seriousness of my situation and acting quickly to fix it, I will when the time comes in the future look forward to doing business with you again.

Our furnace broke on a cold winter Sunday. Josh, the technician, arrived soon after I called and was very friendly and knowledgeable; he even tried to turn on our gas fireplace (unfortunately that was also broken). Even though it was a Sunday, Josh made arrangements to have the warehouse opened to get us the replacement parts. Service was excellent, price was a bit high, but that may be expected, given it was a Sunday.
