Michael and his team arrived promptly and got to work right away. They were great in helping me prep the space and then the work on the roof proceeded safely and efficiently. Though my main goal was fixing a flat roof and adjoining peak roof, I tacked on a skylight as this was the best time to do it. I am so pleased with both the roof and the skylight! Michael was keen on guiding me through the decision-making process when it came to the materials and options.
From beginning to end, Quality First Roofing made this a pleasant experience ... which was surprising considering how much stress comes along with a leaky roof! From quote to clean-up, I was confident in my choice and would recommend them highly.

Michael was amazing from the first meeting until the end of the project - he was always transparent, friendly and willing to answer all questions. His quote was very reasonable and he laid out the options - such as do a straight replacement of existing roof or do a slightly-sloped additional roof so as to make sure that the issues (ponding, cracking, etc.) are resolved for the long term. We chose the option of re-sloping, and he and his crew did a superb job of it. He was working with the crew most of the time, and the whole team was always very pleasant, knowledgeable, and hard-working. All in all, I do not remember ever having worked with a contractor and team so smoothly and with as much satisfaction as I did with Quality First Roofing.

I called Quality First Roofing because I had some loose shingles. Michael came out to provide a quote and really made an effort to identify the root cause of the loose shingles. He took the time to explain the issue and recommended that I improve the ventilation to extend the life of the roof. I took his advice and he came a week later to fix the shingles and improved the ventilation. I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent customer service from the very start. The owner was prompt and responsive about providing an estimate and in follow-up. He answered all our questions and managed to fit us in before the weather turned! Would definitely recommend.

Mike and his team did a great job replacing my roof. They were professional, efficient and quick. The roof was completed within 2 1/5 days. They cleaned up the work site each day and after the job was totally completed there was no trace of the work that had been done, other than a beautiful new roof! I would highly recommend Mike and his crew.

Michael was flexible and managed to fit us into his schedule before the snow started to fly and it was perfect timing as a leak was just beginning to form. He kept us informed at every step. His crew was professional and performed a cleanup every day before leaving the work site and the final clean up missed nothing.

We needed a minor repair to the existing roof and spoke with Michael at Quality First. He identified the issue and his proposed solution sounded reasonable so we went ahead.

A few months (and zero roof leaks) later we needed to replace the roof on our detached garage. Again, Michael's proposal sounded reasonable and we were happy with the result of the last job so we went with Quality First again.

His crew got the job done in one day and we're happy with the result. And the garage is probably cleaner than it was when the work started.

Mike and his team were extremely responsive and flexible to fit in my small roof repair which involved replacing missing shingles that had blown off my peaked roof and installing flashing where the flat roof membrane had started to peel away from the wall. Quality First Roofing's pricing was competive and reasonable as compared to other quotes that I received.
