Jeff is a great professional, the best contractor I have ever had! He is honest, cooperative, and always looking out for the owner and to give a great product. He diligently listens to the client always, and sometimes suggests changes to even lower costs without compromising the quality of work. His team of Ryan and Jack are very talented too, and they too are always nice and courteous. Above all, a good, high quality work. I would recommend Burloak Deck and Fence very heartily!

Michael was amazing from the first meeting until the end of the project - he was always transparent, friendly and willing to answer all questions. His quote was very reasonable and he laid out the options - such as do a straight replacement of existing roof or do a slightly-sloped additional roof so as to make sure that the issues (ponding, cracking, etc.) are resolved for the long term. We chose the option of re-sloping, and he and his crew did a superb job of it. He was working with the crew most of the time, and the whole team was always very pleasant, knowledgeable, and hard-working. All in all, I do not remember ever having worked with a contractor and team so smoothly and with as much satisfaction as I did with Quality First Roofing.
