Quality First Roofing

After the April 2018 ice storm my neighbour and I needed to replace our joint flat roof. Mike came quickly to offer a quote, rearranged existing work to accommodate our leaking roofs, headed up a team that took time to produce quality work and followed up on some very minor problems. I understood his explanations, was able to make informed choices and am quite satisfied.

After the recent windstorm, I found roof tiles all over my driveway and yard. I began to stress about my roof but luckily I found Quality First Roofing on Homestars who were highly rated. So I phoned and got immediate attention, same day. I was shown pictures of widespread damage on my roof. Right away, my roof was tarped completely to protect it, then within a few days, piles of packages of roof tiles arrived and my roof was replaced immediately. Michael communicated with me often, explained the process and was very transparent about the entire replacement . He made it easy for me and relieved my stress. The large crew started early, were on time and everything was done in less than a day and a half and this is a massive roof. It looks so beautiful and I am totally happy with Quality First Roofing. I highly recommend Quality First Roofing to anyone. You will be very happy and pleased with the high quality of work, the respect for timelines, open and honest communication and the professional manner which Michael and his crew treated me.

During the freak windstorm in early April, 2018 I found that my whirlybird vent had blown off the roof. I contacted Quality First Roofing on the afternoon of April 4th and Michael was able to make a next day appointment to me in Pickering. This was very important as if it had taken a lot of time there was a potential for leakage with rain arriving in the next couple of days. Michael was in constant communication re: his timelines for arrivals and estimated costs. He was very professional, and arrived with all the needed parts for the job. . Michael was able to show me before/after photos of the work and was also able to do a roof inspection to let me know of potential upcoming issues that I may want to address. I was very satisfied with the work and the cost of the job and recommend Michael and Quality First Roofing

Not only did Michael and team come on short notice, they also repaired my roof in the rain. They did a great job on the repair as well as took time to survey the rest of the roof to make sure the wind storm didn't take out any other shingles that weren't visible from street level. They even took and sent me pictures of the entire roof to give me piece of mind.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. Michael and his team were great. Like may, the winds last week caused some damage to my roof. Mike is a very personable man who responded promptly to my request for a quote and was able to provide a detailed scope of work that needed to be done. We were having leakage in the roof and he managed to have the work done in a matter of days after first meeting. The crew was very

We had some strong winds the last couple of days and it created some damage on the roof of my house. A good patch of shingles flew off my roof. I called up Quality First Roofing and Michael had promptly called me back. He came the next day understanding the urgency and fixed the patch. He also took care of the wind turbine vent that was damaged in the winds. It was a pleasure doing business with Michael. He was honest, punctual, and gave a very fair price for the work. Will hire again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

A large chunk of shingles were torn from my house after the major wind storm on April 4. Mike and Jessie did a great job. They are very professional and most important, very easy to communicate with.
