Williams Home Comfort

Pwilliams Home Comfort installed my furnace a little over a year ago. They were quick, efficient, and clean. I encountered a mechanical issue during the winter which they quickly repaired. Just had the annual maintenance done for a very good price. And they were able to accommodate my schedule!

We had our 24 year old furnaces and air conditioners replaced in August by Chris and his team. Chris was very knowledgeable about the type of system we would need to suit our house and needs. Josh and the installation crew were professional, efficient, respectful and skilled. The units are running well, however, the one air conditioning unit is not as quiet as I would have thought. Any concerns I had were dealt with immediately. Would definitely recommend them.

Furnace was creating a lot of noise. Jake diagnosed the problem and quickly remedied the issue. He was friendly and courteous and took the time to show me what had caused the initial problem and identified (and resolved) other issues I was unaware of.

Service was done quickly and efficiently. My furnace was faulty and they got heat back in my home. They fit me in on a Sunday to complete the service. Definitely recommended.

Our furnace would not turn on. Jake came out and promptly figured out what was wrong and fixed the problem. Thankfully it was not a costly repair. Jake was very friendly and professional.

20 year old furnace finally packed it in. While not the cheapest estimate I got they were very thorough and knowledgeable about my needs and which products would be a good match. Installed same week with no issues and again with a very high level of professionalism.

From our first meeting with Chris on through the installation with Josh, Brandon and Tony we couldn’t have had a more pleasurable experience. Their professionalism was only out done by their enthusiasm to do a good job. We would highly recommend them.

Josh did a great job of ensuring our system was functioning correctly and changed our filters. He completed a thorough check up in a short amount of time and was super friendly and polite!

No problems, very polite and accommodating . Also Josh was informative of what he was doing and why. I am glad I picked this company and look forward to doing business with them in the future

We had our new furnace and humidifier installed December 2018 - wanted to see how it performed once installed and what the follow ups would be like before contacting HomeStars.
The installations by Josh and Jake went so smoothly. They were most courteous and obviously very skillful at their job. Our questions were answered clearly. Have spoken with Chris a couple of times as well - he is so positive and was most helpful right from the beginning of the upgrade process.
Will be contacting this company for all future servicing requirements. Strongly recommended Williams Home Comfort!
