Williams Home Comfort

We recently had service completed from the HVAC side (duct cleaning and furnace inspection & maintenance) and the Electrical side (installation of numerous interconnected smoke detectors) of the business. Everyone we interacted with was very polite, informative and was a pleasure dealing with.

We have been a customer for years over a number of jobs ranging from large to small. We have never been disappointed with any aspect of the service provided. Highly recommended!

This is the second time I've used Williams and I'm just as pleased as the first! Our outside furnace exhaust pipe had cracked and broken off and not only did Chris fix it, but he improved it too! Chris was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everyone I've dealt with at Williams has been top notch. Definitely will use them again in the future and will recommend them! Prices are extremely fair too!

On time, courteous, knowledgeable service. Friendly repairman Jake Gignac was wonderful and wore his mask the whole time indoors so we felt safe. Would recommend and would call for the same service again ourselves without hesitation.

Great company to deal with, wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. Everyone was very friendly and professional. We had our old furnace replaced in December after it quit in the middle of the night when it was -20 out. They provided heaters until they were able to install the furnace the following day and the flue was completed in April once the snow had melted off the roof. We had an issue with the blower not working right a couple months after install but they came out the same day to fix it and it was under warranty. Definitely a company that stands behind their products.

I wanted to schedule several home maintenance repairs on the same day and Williams Home Comfort were able to accommodate my schedule. Their staff explained what they would be doing and provided a cost estimate before starting work and they adhered to that estimate. When they were finished they also showed me what had been done and how to adjust things as needed. Great service from this company is what I have come to expect and they delivered once again.

We dealt with many contractors and companies during a huge renovation on our home, which included a new furnace and A/C and Williams Home Comfort was the best company that we dealt with through the whole Reno. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and go above and beyond while providing the best customer service. They are also very patient with any questions which they take the time to answer thoroughly and did a fabulous clean up, site was spotless when they left. We are very impressed with this company from start to finish and couldn't be happier with our furnace and A/C. Fantastic service and a great job.
