Absolutely terrible company that does not stand by their work. Orest, one of the installers, and myself contacted Rick, the Sales rep, with problems immediately after it became apparent the picture window had issues. Orest even noted to us that the picture window was the wrong size and he have never seen anything like it. They tried to offer a solution of framing it with MDF board but I declined as it would not match the other windows supplied. I have tried working with Rick, however he continued to tell us he will call tomorrow and never does. When he came out the following day he also did not seem to understand what the problem was and continued to insist that at least the styles match. Below is a list of the problems with this window: 1. The actual measurements of the window opening are 61” W x 85” H, while the frame of the window supplied is 56” W x 82” H. The measurement between the quote supplied (60” W x 84” H) and the actual window provided do not match. 2. There is now a 2 ½” gap on each side of the window that was filled with scrap, broken pieces of 2 x 4 boards by the installers. 3. The window trim supplied is mismatched. The side windows that are correctly done have 3 ¾” trim, while the picture window has 2 3/8” trim. 4. The included curved piece of trim does not fit on the window and is sitting on the floor beside it. 5. There is a 6” deep scratch on the internal pane of the window. 6. The main square section of the window is no longer level with the two side windows directly beside it and is instead shorter than them. 7. There was no mention of the interior dimensions of this window being completely different from what was previously installed, and there was no communication of the intention to change the window size. 8. Quotes received from their competitors have the correct measurements with the brickmould size being 63” W x 87” H, the frame size being 60” W x 84” H and the rough opening size being 61” W x 85” H. When we originally emailed this information to them, they called and emailed right away saying the window would be replaced and the installer would be out to measure it correctly. That didn't happen and instead the following business day, they had changed their mind and Rick was back to insisting it's correct. So now we have both a cracked side window (that is supposedly being replaced) and a giant eyesore of a picture window. Review will be updated if this gets resolved.
