Amin fixed both my microwave and refrigerator freezer lights both which were in the connection switches. He also fixed my shelf in the fridge as well he didn't hesitate to call for availability of the parts, which were discontinued. I won't hesitate to call him again. Thank you!!!

Same day service, very knowledgeable and helpful owner/technician. Because we attempted repair and took screws out of back of dryer (never again), we actually caused more problems. Original problem easily fixed and secured electrical outlet that was loose. Amin thought he'd have to return to fix noise from something falling inside when we took screws out. He took off the top and luckily found the problem. It was fixed in another half hour. Very courteous and efficient. Will not hesitate to use again.

Contacted Newtech regarding our broken Samsung washing machine. Amin arrived in 30 minutes, he found an obstruction in the water pump, cleared it, and our washing machine is running perfectly. I will definitely use his services again.

Problem with tumbledryer making a horrible whining sound. Called Newtech - prompt call back from engineer and time arranged.

Engineer turned and fixed the dryer.

Next time I tried to use it, it didn't work. Called Newtech back, arranged another time for the engineer to come back. Fixed it again, and explained the issue and showed me what to do in the event it happened again.

Excellent service, will definitely use them again if I have another appliance problem.

We were having a family dinner on a Sunday night and our gas oven decided not to heat up at all! So had to order food in and then first thing called Newtech on Monday morning at 7:45 a.m. Amin said that he could come that morning and he was here at 10:00 a.m. and my oven just needed a new igniter which he had so by 10:30 oven was working again. Amin is a very pleasant man and I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Amin!

Amin was prompt and efficient. I called him and he was at my house within 20min. He was able to determine the problem with my washing machine and fix it within 30min.

Fridge not working,would have lost all its contents by morning as I had just realized it hadn't been working since the night before. Called Amin at 6:00 pm Friday before a long weekend.
