I'd like to thank Rohit from Newtech for the repair he did on our dishwasher. He was very helpful in setting up the times to diagnose and repair, since I needed some notice to meet him at home. He is very professional and also very personable, sharing his in-depth knowledge to help me avoid the same fault in the future. Definitely recommended!

I called Newtech Appliance Repair based on the wonderful reviews received thus far… and I was not disappointed. Amin fit me into his schedule within 20 minutes after I called him, arrived and diagnosed the problem within 3 minutes. With the appropriate part available in his vehicle, he fixed my fridge. For his prompt service, he saved lots of waiting time and my food in the fridge. I will certainly call him again, and recommend them to anyone.

My dryer was beeping continuously due to a malfunctioned motherboard which needed replacement. I called Amin who arrived promptly and he was able to diagnose the problem quickly. As it was the weekend, I had to wait until he could obtain the replacement part on the Monday morning. He arrived promptly the Monday morning to complete the repair. The motor had stopped working in my dishwasher. Amin replaced the motor quickly and was able to get the part cheaper than I had seen online elsewhere. Would not hesitate to call him if I have any problems with any other appliances.

I contact the company by phone and spoke to the owner, Amin; next day, Rohit came at the exact time as arranged, diagnosed the problem (lid switch defective, preventing the drainage and subsequent continuation of cycle) immediately. Pleasant, efficient service which is what guarantees that clients return and use it.
