Contracted Home Depot to install windows in our home. From our initial contact with Home Depot to the final installation and follow up we found staff to be very courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. The job was completed to our satisfaction and we would not hesitate to request their services again.

Love the new door ! Roy came to the house and took the time to explain everything and answered all questions and was very friendly and very helpful. The 2 guys that came and installed the door were also very friendly, they were good at there job .

I recently had two living room windows installed by Home Depot. The price was comparable to other contractors. They were very professional. They provided accurate checklist as to what was being provided and what was required to prepare for their arrival. They set up appointments, sent reminder emails and did not deviate from the appt.
The installer was a great guy and did a wonderful job.

Our house is about 40+ years old and needed a refresh of the outside doors. I wanted something simple but elegant. The sales consultant provided us the a variety of options. The installation team were very professional, courteous and made sure to keep the area contained. We are very happy with our new outside doors and would recommend this service.

The installer made sure to book the install during fair weather since the doorway would be open for some time that day. The installer team were punctual, professional, and pretty funny. Nice guys who did a great job with no messing around. They paid attention to detail and left no mess at all. They also gave clear instructions before leaving to make sure none of the seals or caulking would be disturbed before they fully cured. Great experience.

Good service quality windows clean finish. Need to improve waiting time. But I am happy with this job. Reasonable price. I recomend home depot for home improvement and rents. Thanks

We have been waiting for 300 days since we first approached Home Depot with a custom door project. We selected a product from KV Custom Windows and Doors. The installers contracted by Home Depot was Peak Installations. There have been 5 aborted attempts at delivery ( product not on truck, twice, installer sick, product not up to quality standard, and finally door mis-measured). The initial measurements done were completed by a part-time employee of Peak Installations whose full-time vocation was a firefighter. Hardly a seasoned professional. On the 4th attempt at installation one of the installers noticed that the door did not appear to fit the opening and also the staining of the product was of poor quality. Despite this, nobody remeasured and a 5th attempt at delivery was made. At this time the installers said that the door didn’t fit and they would have to start the process from the beginning. After 300 days I have now asked for the contract to be cancelled and my 50% deposit refunded. We’ll see how quickly this occurs. I expect interest on the money that I have been out of pocket since May 2018 but they will probably low-ball me on that front too. Lesson... do not use Home Depot for Windows and Doors or Peak Installations for anything unless you want poor customer service, delays, and headaches.

Booking appointment was made at our convenience and handled professionally. Product options were explained well. Installation appointment was made to coordinate to our schedule. Installers arrived on time and worked diligently to complete project in good time. Trim was very well done. Floors were protected and excellent clean up.

I used Home depot home installation services for my windows in 2018 summer and was totally satisfied with the service and coordination they provided me. So when I choose to change my front and side doors they were my obvious choice. I contacted Home Depot and the same sales person came to my house did the measurements and gave me an estimate and i decided to go with Home Depot. Zehra Patel from installation services coordinated the installation. She was prompt with emails and phone calls giving me enough notices, The crew arrived on time, were courteous and did the installation professionally. A very satisfied customer here.

I found it a little difficult to navigate through the back office, but the installers were amazing and I am very happy with my windows. I already notice a temperature difference upstairs
