Magic Monkey outsourced to another company and if you have issues, you are left dealing with the sub-contractor even though you paid Magic Monkey directly. I don’t like using companies that are willing to take your money but not stand by the work they are suppose to do or leave you the hassle of dealing with the poor work or not completed work of a sub-contractor. This gutter was supposedly cleaned in the picture.

This "Private User" is complaining about debris accumulating inside his eavestrough 4 YEARS AFTER we cleaned them...Ridiculous. Why are you hiding?
I provided Homestars email correspondence with this person proving that ALL his statements are FALSE although shameful Homestars policy will not remove it. I provided clarification to his misunderstandings and offered a positive resolution which he chose to ignore.
We tried our best to go above and beyond our usual scope in order to make sure this person was satisfied with our work. As the Eavestrough Cleaning was completed almost 5 years ago, it is no longer covered in our 3-year warranty terms (see website for details).
