From quote to installation the job was professionally done but I was particularly happy with the speed and care of the installation team. I would book a job with Home Depot again.

YES! I highly recommend Peak Installations Inc. Richmond Hill. On Jan 3/19 . Installers arrived early and installed a special order basement door in an awkward space. Replaced Framing inside and outside door. Replaced doorstep that looks compatible and level, no bumps. New Caulking generously applied inside and outside, with no bumps, no finger stops or starts. I live in an older house and have had many doors replaced over the years, and this has been the most professional job done! WOW. I hope you will pass this on to the Installers because they should get all the credit. Also, Home Depot's special door measurements were accurate, which obviously made the job easier.
When I profusely thanked the Installers, they said "this is what we do". Haha Canadian modesty!

We had a new door installed. There was also some dry rot damage to the ribbon joist, sill plate and sub-floor, so it wasn't a straight forward replacement. The work was done by CJW Renovations. They were great. Showed up on time and did all the repairs. They even replaced the floorboards after doing all the work. We are very pleased with the work. As I said, the crew was great and the lead man of the crew was very professional and personable. I wish I had gotten his name. Anyway, we are very happy with the work done through Home Depot Installation Services.

In the cold of winter we had three small windows installed. Everything went so well. The installers were polite, careful in our house, neat and tidy in everything they did. We couldn’t have had better service. Thank you.

Excellent service. Door arrived and was installed 3 weeks prior to expected date. Installers were prompt, courteous, cleaned up work area and removed old doors. Highly recommended. The entire process took less than 3 hours which was appreciated as the weather was extremely cold.

The crew attended promptly on time and were very professional. They laid down protective sheets every where and cleaned up after they were complete . they did an excellent job.

The project was limited in scope but necessary to be installed before winter arrived. The team did their best to schedule but battled against glass and door demand along with their own schedule. The finished door and capping looks great and sealed really well. Would recommend.
