A small company, but they came when I needed them, and worked hard to do what we asked. Zani was always happy to discuss the options for the project, and put a lot of effort into all the details.

Sazan helped us fix some last minute, urgent roofing issues a day before we had to put our house up for sale. He was responsive, communicative, and sent pictures of all the repairs. I was a bit apprehensive because I was out of town when the work happened but it all went well with CL Roofings help.

Sazan and his crew replaced my flat roof after it started leaking. He gave me an option for both a patch job and the full replacement, due to the age of the roof, but wasn't pushy at all about the bigger job.

I opted to replace the whole roof rather than the short term fix, and they did the full replacement in a day, left things clean, and took a bunch of photos throughout to show their work.

All in all they did great work, were easy to work with and super communicative, and worked for a very fair price. I'm very happy with the results and would happily work with them again!

I first had Sazan work on my home several years ago to re-roof a section of our roof. Recently he installed automated de-icing cables on our home. His work is excellent and he is prompt in responding.

It's been raining so much this summer that we panicked a bit when we discovered some serious water infiltration in the attic. Sazan from CL was very communicative and transparent about the work we needed to get done immediately to avoid water damage and what could be done at a later stage when it's more convenient.

We've checked the attic every time it's rained since and I'm happy to say we're confident we're going to be okay.
