Sean did a mold inspection of a crawl space in one of our units and air quality testing throughout the home. He gave us an extremely detailed report of the air quality and the mold in the crawlspace with numerous photos. I would highly recommend him.

I had hired Sean to inspect our rental condo for signs of mold and potential leaks in the envelope since there was water damage over a year ago. Sean's expertise, knowledge, and insight were impeccable. He went above and beyond in explaining what he was doing through the inspection and why, and really helped to put my our minds at ease.

We have called upon Sean Moss of Mold Insight several times over the past few years to help investigate leaks and mold related issues.

Recently, we had a small leak develop around our deck window frame. Sean was able to pinpoint the exact location of the leak in the roof by using his moisture meter and Infrared camera to trace the path of the water. Sean’s quick assessment and advice was invaluable. We were able to have the leak repaired quickly, saving money and aggravation. The roofer only charged us a minimum fee as he did not have to search for the leak and was able to perform the repair in minutes instead of hours.

Sean Moss from Mold Insight came to my rented townhouse to check the air quality, spot moisture and ventilation issues, and check for any mold. He found mold deposits hidden on the underside of the toilet, asbestos in the back of a crawlspace, an obstruction in a vent, and two poor ventilation sources (kitchen fan had no exhaust, bathroom fan barely functional), as well as a failed window. This took him less than an hour, and included going through the entire house with a thermal camera. Very professional and efficient. He also found some potential leak issues during the course of his inspection. The report was very detailed, and really really quick. I'm satisfied that I know all issues with my rented property and can get them rectified before I move my family and pets in.

Sean made the earliest appointment he could to help out with a mold complaint from our tenants. He was very detailed in explaining to our tenants the complexity of mold development, and helped us clear some tensions we had. Highly recommended for any issues regarding mold.
