Condo inspection for leaks and mold
I had hired Sean to inspect our rental condo for signs of mold and potential leaks in the envelope since there was water damage over a year ago. Sean's expertise, knowledge, and insight were impeccable. He went above and beyond in explaining what he was doing through the inspection and why, and really helped to put my our minds at ease.
I simply cannot recommend his services more!! He wasn't only on time for our scheduled inspection, but had went out of his way to fit us in our preferred time slot on short notice. We'd definitely hire him again in the future.
