The two individuals who installed the new furnace and air conditioner (Nolan and Agron) were very punctual (they called shortly before they arrived, as agreed; they introduced themselves; reviewed what they were going to do; covered the floors; and proceed to work very steadily. They were not intrusive, but efficient. Once they were done, they cleaned up, showed what the new equipment looked like, explained what they had done and how, explained the operation of the new units, asked if I had any questions, and then wrote up the paper work. I would not hesitate to recommend they two individuals.
