Reliance The Furnace Company Edmonton

Was referred to Reliance (Edmonton) from a previous customer, and I had at least as good an experience as they did! The install was scheduled 36 hours from when we agreed to the terms. Three installers showed up when they said they would, and were very friendly. Aaron, Mark I, and Drew are welcome back anytime (though I likely won't need to see them for many years to come, since the install went great).

Installed was a Lennox SLP98V, XC17, icomfort Wi-Fi, HC16, Pulse humidifier, and water transfer pump. Total time they were here was 6 hours - during which they never slacked off, and did a better job than I could have asked.

If there is one thing that I appreciate highly it's polite, efficient, friendly customer service - the six individuals I've spoken with at Reliance (Edmonton) have fit that bill, and I have many friends references confirming the same.

Don't hesitate, phone Reliance Edmonton, you won't regret it.

I was totally new to the furnace. After doing the research and reading the reviews, I tried Reliance The Furnace Company. It was a delightful surprise to have them to help me. The company's services were extraordinarily excellent and very professional. From the first phone call to ask questions, the people who answered the phone were so friendly and patient, and again very professional to answer all my questions and to arrange the time to meet my convenience.for estimation.
Dave came over to check and gave us the quote. He noticed the details, and pictured me what might have been happening if I decided to replace a new furnace, and then gave us suggestions. He even tried hard to let me get better deal in time. His professional attitude, clear explanation and consideration built up my trust to this company. Yet, we didn't make decision because we were waiting for the result to see if we can get the deal. Dave said that the next morning I would expect a phone call from a lady to let me know the result, then he asked me when would be the best time to phone me. I was overwhelmed to hear the phone ring just exactly on time!!! I like this company and totally trust it.
On Sept 5, 2013, Mark I and Aaron H installed the new furnace. They gave the examples to demonstrate what "professionals" are. Mark phoned just at 7:30 to request the time to come. Then they arrived just on time with bright smiles. Before doing anything, they looked around the house inside and out to find the best way to install the furnace. In the mean time, they explained clearly to me and told me the pros and cons of different ways of installation, and make sure that I totally understood and made the decisions. Then they started working. They showed respect to my property and placed red carpet through out the hallway and stairs to protect them. They worked efficiently and professionally. After installing the furnace, they cleaned up all the places, and then guided me to see the devices and switches and told me how to maintain it, and what to do if anything happens. They finished all the work much earlier than we expected. Now in my house, the machine is quiet, the air has been fresh and the temperature comfortable.
Two weeks after installation, I got a package from the company, and found some questions. I phoned the company and once again, got very satisfying services and answers.
I had been quite disappointed for many services in Canada. But, after having the services from Reliance The Furnace Company's, I changed my perspectives and feel so proud that we have such a wonderful and professional company!! Thank you all, the ladies who helped me on the phone, and Dave, and wonderful Mark and Aaron.
i WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND RELIANCE TO ALL THE PEOPLE, EVEN THE PEOPLE WHO CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH WELL LIKE I DO. YOU WILL FIND THE SATISFACTORY IN THEM.

Brent and Aaron rocks , they are highly recommendable for installation on furnace , as they work on time and precise. Hopefully that they will also check/maintain our furnace in the future.Cheers guys!!

Great service from start to finish. Kevin and Tyler were great. Took the time to explain all features and maintenance. Very positive experience from the quote from Dave to the install. The guys were on time and very polite.

Great Lennox product and great service staff. Mark and Aaron where professional and completed the job answering any questions we had. The new system has provided us with clean air in the house and should keep us warm this winter.

They changed my install date with one day notice! So thankful as our new house did not have AC and we certainly were used to it in our prior home.
Kevin and Tyler did the install and both very professional and courteous.
Will look to Reliance in future for any air/heat issues that require attention.

My Rheem Power Vent water heater was installed by Nolan and Aaron. They were punctual, professional, efficient, and very willing to answer any questions I had. My only negative comment relates to the fact that Reliance The Furnace Company orders all heaters from the factory pre-labelled with two VERY LARGE, extremely hard-to-remove stickers indicating that they are rental heaters and are the property of Reliance Home Comfort. So, despite the fact that I paid cash for my heater and it is definitely NOT a rental, every time I walk by it I am reminded that Reliance states it is their property, which may be a problem when I sell my house. Thumbs up to the installers; thumbs down to the stickers.

We got the quote from Dave to replace our 38 year old furnaces and put one AC upstairs. Dave anwsered all our questions and concerns and gave us good sugestions on options we have. we decided to do with the double-take rebate. The work was quickly scheduled on August 28th and 29th. 2 young men Arron and Nolan arrived punctually and did an awesome job removing old units and installing new furnaces and a new AC. Very craftmanship and all work is professionally done. I highly recommend Reliance to my friends and anyone who is considering replacing their old furnaces.
