Reliance The Furnace Company Edmonton

The sub contracted guys that installed the furnace were pleasant and respectful.The furnace had a dent in the front panel before it even made it into my house, it was supposedly reported back to chris but i never heard back from The furnace company. not a huge deal but they should have called me back about it, if it was indeed reported in the first place?.Had i know it would be sub contracted i may have chosen another company.? The furnace seems to work well but it just started to get cold. I was surprised that there was no sticker on the furnace with the furnace companys service phone number, no fridge magnet nothing? is this their way of saying call someone else if there is a problem? the install went fine and hopefully no problems happen this winter, just a bit dis appointed in the whole overall experience. maybe i expected too much i don't know but damage to a new unit should have rated atleast a phone call in my opinion.Given the opportunity i would not recommend them but i would not say don't use them either.

Service technician Mark Belanger attended to the service for the third consecutive year. He was punctual, phoning 20 mins. in advance of arriving. He is professional, courteous and answered all of my questions. The service cost has remained consistent and includes the cost of a new filter. Very pleased with the service.

Brent and his partner, Brendan, installed a new furnace for us.We bought the furnace through Costco. The price was great and we found Mark to be very knowledgeable and helpful at the time of purchase. Brent and Brendan arrived on time and installed the furnace in a timely manner. They were very helpful when showing me the workings of our new furnace and the new humidifier and thermostat. They left everything neat and clean when they left. In the past few years our home required many repairs and we contacted the Furnace Company to help us. Yesterday the Furnace Company reps came to help us fix some botch jobs on our home that were made by another company. They were fantastic as always. Yesterday we had Mark & Aaron, 2 fabulous techs who got the job done very well with professionalism and precision. They corrected our venting system to make it up to code with the city. A few days prior we had another tech, Chris, come to give us the initial quote. His service was also very helpful. All of these techs were so professional, did great jobs, and were also friendly and honest. In August we also had Tyler help us (with Hot Water Tank issues) and he solved them right away. We are very satisfied with the Furnace Company services all around.

I had Mark and Aaron come install a new furnace in my condo. They were installed the furnace quickly, efficiently and even cleaned up. When we went and did our walk through they were very thorough making sure that I knew all of the important things to use the furnace the most efficient way possible. I would recommend them to others. Purchased my new air conditioner through Costco. Chris was great at explaining all of my choices and was excellent helping me decide on the right system for my home. Kevin and Tyler were on time, explained everything, installed, checked, cleaned up and left. Excellent service.
