Reliance The Furnace Company Edmonton

Last week I had Aaron and Nolan out from Reliance the Furnace company to replace my old furnace with a new dual stage Lennox. The guys called on their way out to give me an exact time of arrival which I really appreciated. They were very friendly and approachable, eager to answer any questions I had for them. They completed the job in less time than I expected and with no mess or inconvenience to myself. The old furnace was removed and the jobsite was left very neat and clean. Thanks a lot guys for making the replacement quick and efficient. Highly recommend these professionals. AAA service.

Our family purchased and older home in Edmonton, which had an addition. We endured two unpleasant winters, where the addition had at least a 5 degree difference with the remainder of the house.
We decided to contact Dave Lambert at Reliance the Furnace Company. He was a very knowledgeable and patient advisor. We had many questions and concerns during the consult, which Dave address during and after the consultation. It was an easy decision for our family to move forward with the furnace purchase.
The installation day came and we were quite excited. Mark was the lead installer and Drew was his assistant. They were awesome – they were punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. And once again, we had a multitude of questions, which were answered without hesitation. Once the installation was complete, Dave and Drew explained every aspect the new furnace and the thermostat. It was quite refreshing to have competent technicians in our home. And the best part of the process is that our home and the addition are warm and toasty just as Dave, Mark and Drew promised. Keep up the good work!!

Having bought our first home we wanted to ensure that when we replaced the furnace we chose a company who are reliable. The sales person who visited me was Dave and he provided me with a good quote and went through the products he had chose and why. He was very enthusiastic when promoting the company and all of their awards and achievements.
Dave even responded to emails following the quote and provided further support.

Our installation team on the day were Ross & Matt. They called prior to coming to the house so I knew they were on their way. They were clean, tidy and answered any questions we had. They even took our excitable puppy in their stride! They even stayed later to ensure the furnace was up and running as it was the first cold day of winter. Overall we are very happy with all accepts of the service received and would definitely use reliance again and recommend them to others. Thanks.

Chris came to our house to do our quote, we had 3 other companies quoting that day. Chris showed up on time, unlike the other 3.. We went with The Furnace Company even though the price was slightly higher than the other better choice. When I informed Chris that we were going with them despite the higher price because of the total package that they offer was far better, he then matched the price of the other company we were considering!! Kevin and Tyler came to do our install, 10 days later, on our new Lenox products (furnace EL296V & A/C 13ACX) they were 35 mins early and out of the house mid afternoon!! They were very professional and informative, never minded that I constantly was asking questions and answered them very easily!! The finished install was very neat and tidy, and the work areas were cleaner when they left than when they arrived!!

All in all, I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a New furnace or A/C and the service that would come with them!!

Our experience with Reliance the Furnace Company was excellent from start to finish. They promptly sent Dave to provide us with a quote on replacing our furnace. He was professional and provided all the information we needed. Their price was very competitive. The office staff were easy to reach and very helpful. When we decided to use Reliance for our furnace installation, they were able to fit us in quickly (within 10 days). Aaron and Nolan did a great job installing the furnace. They were on time (even called to let me know that they were on their way), kept things clean and tidy, kept me informed and answered all my questions politely and thoroughly, and cleaned up their work area. When they were done, they walked me through what they had done and everything I need to do to maintain the furnace. I would recommend them.

We had put off this task for far too long, and when the time came to have it done, we put it out there to our friends through social media, to see who they would recommend.It didn't take more that minutes to have 2 different people refer Reliance.Christine was prompt in getting back to me with exactly what I had inquired about.
The schedule for the service was very accomodating.They arrived as promised, Team Drew, Josh, and Matt, were friendly, courteous, and represented the company well, while all along noting other promotional suggestions.And it was very helpful that they noticed I needed a new fan belt also, as the one in place was badly frayed.Overall I would definitely recommend Reliance to anyone, it is the reliable choice, and will not hesitate to call again in the future, when the need arises.

We have used the Furnace Company several times, and always end up coming back - even if we shop around for price, we still always come back. This time was no different for our new furnace....The sales man, Dave, is always up front and straight forward with us - which is refreshing, and even made time for the original appointment with us very last min (called in am, met with us in the afternoon). And the installers are always polite and efficient (both men today were awesome- I only have the card for the one gentleman; Nolan, but both were great! helpful with product, and how it works, as well as efficient with install etc ). They are always on time (lol, even early). I would 110% recommend them - and I have already 2x's today :)

On Oct 17th I had Ryan come to my home for a furnace issue. He was on time and very professional. I spent many hours at my home, I know he was frustrated with the diagnosis on the furnace but he never showed it.

The service technician-Mark B arrived within the time period that was given to me at office. He was very professional-taking time to change into 'indoor shoes' and to explain the mechanics of the furnace and the importance of having clean filters!

Our satisfaction began when I called and spoke with Caitlyn who was courteous, very helpful and able to arrange a full tankless hot water system install the very next morning! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Mark I and Aaron H arrived promptly to my home, after making a courtesy call just before arriving, proceeded to inspect our property, covered all applicable floor surface with their roll of carpeting and immediately got to work! They explained everything clearly and in detail as they worked and within hours, I was once again enjoying hot water in my home ...... truly exceptional service and so very much appreciated!!!
