Our family purchased and older home in Edmonton, which had an addition. We endured two unpleasant winters, where the addition had at least a 5 degree difference with the remainder of the house. We decided to contact Dave Lambert at Reliance the Furnace Company. He was a very knowledgeable and patient advisor. We had many questions and concerns during the consult, which Dave address during and after the consultation. It was an easy decision for our family to move forward with the furnace purchase. The installation day came and we were quite excited. Mark was the lead installer and Drew was his assistant. They were awesome – they were punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. And once again, we had a multitude of questions, which were answered without hesitation. Once the installation was complete, Dave and Drew explained every aspect the new furnace and the thermostat. It was quite refreshing to have competent technicians in our home. And the best part of the process is that our home and the addition are warm and toasty just as Dave, Mark and Drew promised.
