Originally I was happy with the installation of my new furnace. However, after multiple failed inspections, cancellations and delays, I can say that I"m no longer happy with the experience.

Our furnace broke down in the middle of the night and the house was freezing. I called reliance furnace emergency line at 6am and let the repair man (Tom) know I had a 2 month old baby in the house. He was at my house within 20 minutes and had the furnace repaired and warming up the house from start to finish in an hour from when I called. I was really impressed with the quality and efficiency of his works. Also, the price of the emergency call out was very reasonable. I will definitely use this company for further repairs on my furnace.

Brent and Brendan did an excellent job installing our new furnace in little over half a day. They showed up at the time we had agreed upon and were very friendly. There was no mess at all. This is the 2nd furnace the two have installed for us in the past month. We have one more to do and we will definitely ask for them to install that one also. Thank you again

Furnace Co. installed Hi-Eff furnace in 2009. It had an endorsement by Shel Busey which gave me confidence in integrity of Co. Your rep, Mark did fine job and reassured me of Co. integrity.

Excellent Service. Aaron and Nolan did a great job. They made the process of removing our old furnace and replacing it with the new one go smoothly. We love our new furnace - what a difference from our old one. We are very glad we went with Reliance - The Furnace Company.

I had Mark I. & Jason come to install a new furnace, thermostat, hot water tank, and carbon monoxide detector in my home - and they did a great job!
Mark was primarily the person I had interactions with and seemed to be the experienced one out of the two. He was polite, helpful, friendly, & very knowledgable. There was a piece measured incorrectly by the salesman, and Mark was very apologetic for the inconvenience of having to come back to install the last piece the next day. Jason was also very polite and friendly.
When Mark arrived on time the second day, with a new co-worker, Drew, they both maintained the same level of professionalism and courtesy as the day before. Mark & Drew installed the final piece, and actually had to "fix" a couple mistakes that Jason had made the day before that had been missed. I appreciate how thorough the two of them were!
Both days my house was left as it had been found, no mess, no sign that anyone had been here at all except that I'm nice and toasty warm with my new furnace.

Called Reliance The Furnace Co. to check out a problem with our 30 yr. old Lennox furnace. Richard came out the next day, fixed the problem and then we discussed the option of a new Furnace & water heater. He phoned Chris at the office who came the day after to asses the furnace & water tank area space, where to put exhaust/ cold air return etc. Then reviewed product options with us. We chose the Lennox two-stage furnace and 50 gal. water tank. Chris set up an installation date for five days later. Both these fellows were very knowledgeable and friendly. On the morning of the 5th day, the installers, Aaron & Nolan called to say they were leaving and would arrive in 20 min. which they did.
Buy the time they put the ground cloths down, for the floors, dismantled & moved out the old equipment we knew we had a good crew. They were fast, precise and worked through the whole day without even a lunch break. Except when my wife or I bugged them, they made the time to answer our questions or explain what they were doing. I was impressed with their skill level of various trades needed for a job like this. Can't say enough about these people. It was a pleasant experience all around. A bit rare these days. Recommend them to anybody.

The whole experience was exceptional. Dave Lambert was a knowledgeable and helpful salesman, and we felt he recommended the best option for our home. The installation team lead by Nolan and Aaron was top-notch. They were respectful of our home, and kept us up-to-date re: progress. They worked really hard on this big job and got it done earlier than estimated. The cleanliness of the installation and how they left our home was great. All in all, we're very satisfied with our experience.
