Mark Belanger was the gentleman who inspected my furnace for it's yearly inspection. Conducted a very professional and thorough inspection. Phoned prior to his arrival and arrived when he said he would. Explained what he was doing as he proceeded. I am very satisfied with Mark's work.

Very professional company with reliable, trustworthy, punctual and professional employees. Mark Belanger was the first to come and check our broken furnace, made time out of his busy schedule and provided an honest opinion. Jamie Wall came out to give the quote, was punctual, professional and actually worked for a deal for us ( trust me I checked) Aaron and Nolan were the installers, punctual, professional, courteous and hard working, worked non stop and finished all the work, extremely professional job and they left the work area clean, Took pride in their work and wanted to make sure it was not just to our satisfaction but to there's too. Had a question late in the evening about the high tech thermostat, Jamie Wall called back and explained it at length, in his own time! I would recommend them to everyone. I live/own a Coach style condo, approx 30. Years old. The Furnace left us sitting on a cold night last winter. Did not want that to happen again so we started to think about a new furnace, had looked at and saw some good reviews on Lennox. I called the company that came out on that cold night last year but they were very sorry could not do an install as they had just got a big contract out of town. I could have waited but really wanted to do this before we were into the cold. On the way home from work iwas sitting at a light beside a service truck with Reliance The Furnace Company plastered all over the side in big letters with a phone number.
Icalled the next day and their sales man came out took measurements, suggesting with good explanations what they could install. He left a couple of hours later leaving me with an estimate and all questions answered. I phoned the office after taking with my spouse and made an appointment. This morning the two man crew Mark I. and Aaron H. arrived on time and did a very neat, quick install. Any questions were answered quickly with a good explanation
The price was the same as estimate.
The Furnace was turned on, WOW what a difference. No noise, the old furnce fan was very load.
Am I happy? You bet! I will highly recommend this company. No complaints, very professional work.

We are so happy with the service they did...from the time a manager came and estimated and explained what type of furnace we need for our space up to the two guys who came and install our new furnace and AC, they knows what they are doing, they were very organized, professional and they were quick...even when I call their office they are very helpful.....We highly recommend them.

We bought the furnaces through Costco.Chris was our sales guys and did a great job making sure our wants were met. Nolan and Aaron were the installers. Very professional, diligent and absolutely precise and proud of their workmanship. They patiently worked around other contractors and made us feel comfortable to ask what ever questions we wanted to.

I bought the furnaces through Costco.Mark did the inspection and gave a good suggestion of replacing both furnaces instead of only the one we had initially ordered.
Nolan and Aaron were the installers. Very professional and diligent in their work and did not stop until they commissioned the new furnaces.
Installation date was with one week. Pretty good.

Excellent service, well trained technicians, Aaron and Nolan did a great job of installing our new furnace. We will stay with Reliance for all our future needs. They laid carpeting runners and removed all old material that was not needed for our new high efficency furnace. They cleaned up at the end of the project and explained the operation of the furnace, thermastate and detectors. Excellent job.

This company was very patient while we ordered, cancelled and re-ordered. Aaron and Nolan did a great job in installing my furnace and air conditioner today. They explained how everything works and would totally recommend them again.

We decided to replace our existing two furnaces before winter. Within about a week we had a cost estimate done and both furnaces replaced. During the cost estimate, Mark I. identified some deficiencies with our current system, which was very appreciated. Both the cost estimate and the installation were done in a highly professional, friendly and pleasant manner. After installation was completed, we were given a very good review of the system and the appropriate amount of time was spent with us on the workings of the new thermostats and the maintenance requirements of the new furnaces. The work area was left very clean. We were thoroughly impressed with Mark I. and Aaron H. and we have already recommended your company to a close friend. Thank you, it's nice to see that great service still exist!

Jamie came out and did our quote. He was on time, professional. He explained everything to us, took the time to go through the different types Of furnace and AC units with us. Perfect communication between Steve's quote and what the installers did. Nolan and Aaron showed up on time for the install. They called to let us know they were on their way. They laid down fabric on the floors, removed their shoes, swept the floors when complete. Anything they had to move they out back. They kept me updated on how the project was going. They did the landscaping around the AC unit, they even went back to the shop for more rocks to ensure area was perfect. They also needed to fix a corroded valve on the hot water tank. They went to three different Home Depots to find it and it was the manager that brought it. At the house he also checked out the job! Once complete Nolan took the time to show me how to operate the new thermostat, how to get AC ready for winter, how the furnace works. He showed me the warranties, customer service information, maintenance plans. From booking the quote to the end of the install I was comfortable with reliance. It has now been two months and we are very happy with our decision! Thank you Steve, Nolan and Aaron.
