If your spa works WOS is great as long as they are taking your money, if there are flaws beware, as they do not stand behind their product. WOS technician's report to WOS not accurate and was employed to make that company money. A technician came to our place indicated to WOS that the cord was changed, my wife was home and the cover never came off. The wires are behind the cover in a covered power pack, to do what he said was impossible. I can't believe that this is still going on.

Purchased the spa in November 2023, it was supposed to be wired for 110 and it was not therefore after filling it did not work. WOS sent a technician to fix the incorrect wiring. The spa worked but not properly which did take me some time to figure out. When I turned on the jets after I plugged it in it would blow the breaker. WOS sent the same technician to fix it again and he reported that it was because the cord he installed was on the ground and had to be replaced, the funny thing is he reported he replaced it yet the cover did not come off. That was impossible to do. I then went to the store at this point I was upset because WOS was not able to repair the tub correctly and they barred me from going to that store with a threat that if I came in there again I would be charged with trespassing. Great customer service? I had called a technician to actually repair the spa, at that time I had the cover off and he fixed the wiring which was not done correctly by WOS. I still have not been reimbursed for the repair which took place September 26 and sent the invoice to WOS on Sept 27 2024.

WOS, facts are undeniable please feel free to share this information with everyone.

Nigel has gone above and beyond to help make sure everything is set up and working properly. He is an absolute gem... love this guy!

My brand new hot tub has had to be serviced 3 times in 9 months with 3 separate issues. Each time I am billed over 200 dollars and it is under warranty. The company only provides an hour of service for free and 2 out of 3 times now I have had to pay for an extra hour. They also bill you for travel time and a booking fee! Warranty has so far covered parts only. Today the company billed me an extra hour and they were part of the reason it went overtime as their tools were not working and I had to search my house and lend them tools. The customer service is terrible for a brand new spa I should not have to have the control panel a water fall and now a heat pump replaced already and I only got the tub 9 months ago. There is billing for an extra hour of time whoever they can it is all about the money and not a care for customer service once you own the tub! Buyer beware.

Do NOT buy a hot tub from here!!
I bought a Cozypro hot tub in September of 2023 and it has leaked from day one.
This tub is designed for two people.
When one person is in the tub it is fine, but when two people sit in the tub, the tub leaks.
There is an obvious design flaw to this tub because when the water level sits at the spot it is supposed to be, the tub surges and water barely goes into the filter and stops cycling.
When I call World of Spas (too many times to count since the day we had the tub delivered), they tell me that this is not a warranty issue and even though they think they might have a fix for it, they want to charge me, even though there is no fault of our own here.
I want my tub picked up and a full refund.
I will not spend $8000 on a tub that leaks and cannot be used as intended.

Warning, not a happy customer here. It has been 1 year since I put my warranty claim in for this hot tub with the frame bending in the one corner with all the outer panels bent also.
World of Spas $13,000 Glacier 7DL hot tub, this is what you get, see photo. "backed by the best warranties around" they say... One year still no one has even come out to look at it. I didn't even get any paperwork from World of Spas that says warranty on it. I'm demanding a new hot tub or my money back. It has been a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company.

The staff at World of Spas are incredibly helpful and always assist us when needed. We recently repurchased chemicals from the store directly and were very happy with the service here.

Service was great until we got the hot tub. The tub loses heat when Im in it and the heater doesnt come in unless I shut the jets off then takes an hour to gain back the set temp. Service has told me I have to wait for a call and they dont know when Ill receive the call brand new hot tub spent 15k on and terrible service. Im worried what would happen if it stopped working in winter. If I cant get service it would ruin the tub

We spend our chilly Calgary evenings in this hot tub and we couldn’t be happier. The jets are really strong and melt all of our worries away. We had a positive experience with the purchase and delivery of this spa thanks to Marsha who went above and beyond with all of our questions and concerns. We have enjoyed all of the interactions that we have had with the staff In the Calgary store including Rochelle, Tony and Theara.

Perfect for our kids to burn off energy and a great feature in our backyard. World of Spas has exceptional service even after the sale was made. Delivery was quick and efficient took the time to explain process to fill the tub and even provided a laminated sheet on how to add chemicals.
