My brand new hot tub has had to be serviced 3 times in 9 months with 3 separate issues. Each time I am billed over 200 dollars and it is under warranty. The company only provides an hour of service for free and 2 out of 3 times now I have had to pay for an extra hour. They also bill you for travel time and a booking fee! Warranty has so far covered parts only. Today the company billed me an extra hour and they were part of the reason it went overtime as their tools were not working and I had to search my house and lend them tools. The customer service is terrible for a brand new spa I should not have to have the control panel a water fall and now a heat pump replaced already and I only got the tub 9 months ago. There is billing for an extra hour of time whoever they can it is all about the money and not a care for customer service once you own the tub! Buyer beware.
