Warning, not a happy customer here. It has been 1 year since I put my warranty claim in for this hot tub with the frame bending in the one corner with all the outer panels bent also. World of Spas $13,000 Glacier 7DL hot tub, this is what you get, see photo. "backed by the best warranties around" they say... One year still no one has even come out to look at it. I didn't even get any paperwork from World of Spas that says warranty on it. I'm demanding a new hot tub or my money back. It has been a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company.
